Wattstone 0 degree concrete base for PV modules flat roof anthracite
The 0 degree concrete base from Wattstone (mpn 7003) not only offers a stable substructure for your solar modules, but also maximum flexibility. Discover the ease of installation by dispensing with drilling into the roof structure and instead using the high-quality L-bricks with integrated m8 thread. The flat roof mounting is perfect for the individual installation of one or more solar modules in any orientation. By using the optimum tilt angle of 0 degrees, the full potential of your Solarasystem is exploited and optimum energy generation is guaranteed.
The Wattstone 0 degree concrete base
- Substructure and weighting in one
- No drilling of the roof structure necessary
- No complicated assembly with tools
- Concrete base made of fine-pored exposed concrete
- Integrated m8 thread
- Quick and easy installation
Technical data
- 2x reinforcing steel D=8mm
- Weight: 43kg
- Dimensions: 1800 x 120 x 90 mm
- Color: anthracite
Simple assembly
- 0 degree tilt angle PV module
- Max. 5 degree angle of inclination substrate
- Upright mounting for long PV modules
- Underlay building protection mats ( min. t=6mm made of PUR-bound rubber
Rubber granulate for bitumen or concrete surfaces ) - No drilling of the roof structure necessary
- 60 cm distance between the module rows
- Recommended orientation east or west
- Fastening PV modules: Center and end clamps made of aluminum, which are embedded in the threaded sleeve with m8 stainless steel screws
into the threaded sleeve. Pre-tensioning by spring washer or washer with locking teeth.
Traditional PV panel mounting systems usually require anchoring, bonding or ballasting to the roof. Concrete slabs are often used as ballast. With the robust concrete bases from wattstone as the basis for the surface structure, these steps are completely eliminated. The concrete base lies securely on smooth bitumen, bitumen with slate, pvc, epdm and smooth concrete, both in dry and wet conditions.
You will need the following components to install a PV module:
- 2 wattstone concrete bases
- 4 matching module end clamps, each with m8 screws and washers
- 8 building protection mats pads, dimensions 150x150x5mm
(rubber granulate carpet pad) - 1 angle wrench 6mm
m8 thread
The integrated m8 threads are used to securely fasten PV modules. 2 threads are already cast into the concrete base for module fastening and 1 thread for optional installation of cable ducts or wind deflectors on the rear.
Certification
- Wind tunnel tested ( din en 1991-1-4: 2021)
- Friction coefficient tested
