The vcc 1212-25 IUoU-Li from votronic (3350) is a fully automatic, galvanically insulated battery charging converter for special vehicles, high-quality motorhomes and boats with galvanic insulation. The charging converter (booster) of the "vcc" series has been developed according to the latest specifications for the mobile charging of supply batteries (living area/on-board batteries) and from the alternator (starter battery) while driving. The device also ensures a complete IU1oU2 charging characteristic curve while driving. The max. charging current of the vcc is 25a and can work with lead-acid, gel, agm1, agm2 and LiFePO4 batteries.
In contrast to conventional cut-off relays, the charging voltage is lowered or raised according to the charging program specification, making it particularly suitable for EURO standard 6, 6 + plus vehicles. It also has a connection for a battery temperature sensor (included in the scope of delivery). Compared to the previous model (3306), the charging converter now has larger connection terminals.

What added value does the use of a b2b charging converter offer me?
The charging converters ensure optimum and rapid charging of the supply battery from the alternator while driving. In contrast to a simple cut-off relay, the charging voltage is raised to the value required for the respective battery type for a full charge and demanded by the battery manufacturers. This means that the full charging current can flow and a considerable amount of current can be charged into the battery in a short time. Long charging cables and losses, as well as voltage fluctuations at the alternator, are properly compensated for. In the case of charging converters with different input and output voltages (12v/24v or 24v/12v), it is also possible to charge a second battery without installing a second alternator.
Universally applicable all-rounder
For on-board batteries in classic lead-acid, lead-gel or lead-AGM as well as modern lithium-LiFePO4 technology, the 8 selectable charging programs guarantee a monitoring-free, fast and gentle full charge from any state of charge with subsequent full maintenance and care of the battery. Even on short journeys, the battery is charged with full charging current. Connected 12 V consumers are automatically supplied with power, even if the on-board power supply is heavily loaded. The automatic power control ensures the necessary safety and starting ability of the vehicle.
fully automatic operation: The device is permanently connected to the batteries and is automatically activated by the vehicle's running alternator. The batteries are not discharged when the engine is not running.
Parallel and buffer operation: The battery continues to be charged or is kept full if there is simultaneous consumption. The device automatically calculates and monitors the adjustment of the charging times.
