Although LiFePO4 batteries are more expensive than agm or gel batteries, the higher purchase costs are more than amortized in most scenarios. With a service life of up to >4000 charging cycles, they even exceed the maximum possible service life of the best lead-acid batteries many times over. In addition, the LiFePO4 Pro 25.6v/100Ah shines with space savings and a weight reduction of approx. 70%, which underlines the advantages. The energy extraction efficiency of 92% is significantly higher than the 80% of the lead-acid battery. This aspect can be particularly important for off-grid systems, especially for off-grid solar or wind power systems. The modular design allows the use of up to 4 batteries in series and up to ten batteries in parallel connection.

A LiFePO4 battery stands for "lithium iron phosphate battery" and is a type of lithium-ion battery. It is characterized by a specific chemical composition that uses lithium iron phosphate as the cathode material. The batteries can go through thousands of charge cycles, resulting in a longer overall lifespan compared to other types of batteries. They are considered safer than some other lithium-ion batteries as they are less prone to overheating or thermal instability. The included Profi-Connection Kit
The connection kit included in the scope of delivery offers everything needed for a quick start-up of the mobile solar set. Each fsp-2 has a 6.0m connection cable, which is equipped with a high-quality Anderson connector at the end. Matching to this, a second 0.5m connection cable is included, which is screwed directly to the solar input of the charge controller, and is also equipped with an Anderson connector on the other side. So you can quickly connect or disconnect the controller at any time via the Anderson connectors without having to unscrew the cables from the charge controller.
For the connection of the charge controller to your battery, a 1 meter long plug & play connection cable is also included. This is screwed to the battery input of the controller and is equipped with universal alligator clips on the battery side, which can be conveniently connected to all common battery terminals. In addition, the battery cable has a flat fuse holder with corresponding ato fuse.
