Lightweight version of the cable roof gland with one entrance in the colour black. Made of solid ABS plastic and equipped with an IP68 screw connection. The bushings are designed for use in mobile areas on cars, motorhomes or boats. The ideal feed-through for cables that are not subject to further mechanical stress and that never need to be entered (for maintenance or cleaning etc...).
The roof grommet is suitable for cables with an outer diameter of 3-12mm. No information can be given on the suitable cable cross-section, as the thickness of the cable insulation can vary.
If the roof duct has been professionally bonded, it offers solid protection against penetrating moisture and dust in conjunction with the PEG glands. The glands comply with protection class IP68 and are included in the scope of delivery.
As an adhesive, we recommend the Dekalin MS-5 adhesive set. (Not included in the scope of delivery).
