The pcb-etfe 200w solar panel from Offgridtec (mpn 3-01-018415) sets new standards with high-quality materials such as Teflon derivatives at the front, fiberglass at the rear and 11-busbar technology. It is semi-flexible and ideal for 24V systems with an operating voltage of over 30.8v. For 12V systems, mppt charge controllers are required that can handle higher module voltages. These and other quality features make the pcb-etfe 200w from Offgridtec a universally applicable top-class product that feels just as at home on boats as it does on vehicle roofs or other surfaces and combines stability, maximum reliability and performance like no other.
This is the improved version of our 200w 39v module (mpn 3-01-010845). This new version offers a lower operating voltage, while the maximum current and short-circuit current have been increased, which indicates an increased efficiency and performance of the module. In the new version, the solar modules are equipped with both improved solar cells and 11 busbars, which leads to improved light absorption and reduces the effect of partial shading.

The front of the solar panel is covered with a high-tech plastic layer based on ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer etfe - a Teflon derivative (ptfe) - and offers excellent protection against harmful environmental influences and is also suitable for use in salt water. etfe is lighter and at the same time more translucent than other plastic solutions on the market.
Extremely stable fiberglass (pcb) backing plate
The fiberglass (pcb) backing makes the module significantly more stable than conventional panels with a TPT backing. This structure offers you the following advantages:
- prevents bubble formation, which can occur with TPT modules due to incorrect bonding
- tolerates higher temperatures compared to the TPT structure
- reduces the risk of cell breakage due to accidental overbending of the panel by the user
