With this 4.5kW complete system from Offgridtec, you have the option to directly feed the generated solar energy into the public grid and significantly reduce your overall electricity costs. The system consists of ten bifacial, full black solar modules from Luxen Solar, each with a power output of 450Wp, the single-phase string inverter MIC-3000 with Shine WiFi-X monitoring module from Growatt, a 100A energy meter for grid export limitation and self-consumption monitoring, and all necessary components to connect the system.

If needed, the system can easily be mounted on a balcony railing or roof. The set is specifically designed for the side-by-side mounting of the modules.
Installation note: For this non-plug-and-play device or component, connection and installation should only be performed by a qualified electrical specialist. Please follow the user manual!

How does grid feeding work?

Grid feeding is a process where the generated electricity is directly fed from the solar module and the corresponding inverter into the public grid. The inverter is ideally installed near the solar modules and connected to the module via the solar connector. Regardless of the system size, it is required by law to register the solar system in the Market Master Data Register.

The Bifacial Luxen 450W Full Black Solar Module

The bifacial 450W Full Black solar module from the Luxneri N5 series by Luxen Solar (MPN LNDX-450ND) sets new standards in solar technology. It combines innovative technologies such as the LECO N-TOPCon cell technology and a 96-cell half-layout to maximize efficiency. MIC 3000TL-X String Inverter

With the Growatt MIC 3000TL-X string inverter (MPN: MIC 3000TL-X), we offer a single-phase inverter that combines high yields with ease of use. It is particularly suitable for small PV systems and provides up to 3000W AC output power. Simply connect it via the MC4 connector to your solar system and you're ready to go. You can also monitor and configure the device via the Shine app or web application using an optional WiFi module.

Why a string inverter? The performance of solar modules varies depending on temperature, irradiation, and shading, leading to so-called mismatch losses. These losses occur when one panel in a series performs worse, which leads to a reduced power output of the entire string. A string inverter can reduce these losses.
Maximum Power Point Tracking: With the MPPT technology, the best possible yield of a solar system is generated. The MPPT of the MIC inverter adjusts the optimal ratio between voltage and current throughout the day, depending on the solar irradiation and temperature of the modules. This advantage is especially noticeable when the sky is partly cloudy and light intensity is constantly changing.
Flexible and easy installation: Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight, the inverter can be quickly and easily mounted and connected. The integrated MC4 connectors also make the connection from the solar supply to the inverter fast and easy. The many protection features ensure safe and smooth operation of the solar system.
