Hoymiles HMS-1000-2T Microinverter Module Inverter

The Hoymiles HMS-1000 (MPN: HMS-1000-2T) is the ideal microinverter for your balcony power plant. Its light and compact weight (only 3.2 kg) makes it suitable for solar power generation with up to two solar panels with a capacity of 400 to 670+W each. Like all other Hoymiles microinverters, it is suitable for long operating hours and a wide application of photovoltaic panels, because the start-up is very low (only 22 V) and the DC input voltage range (16-60 V) is very wide.

Compared with the previous model in the HM series, the HMS-1000 offers greater safety for rooftop solar power plants thanks to its quick disconnection and insulated transformer. The new sub-1G radio solution ensures more stable communication with the Hoymiles DTU gateway.

Optimum reliability

Microinverter systems are intrinsically more reliable than conventional inverters. The decentralised design of a microinverter system ensures that the entire photovoltaic system will not fail in the event of a fault. Hoymiles microinverters are designed to operate at full power in ambient temperatures of up to +65°C (150°F). The microinverter housing is designed for outdoor installation and meets IP67 protection class.

Simple structure

Photovoltaic systems equipped with Hoymiles microinverters are very easy to plan. There is no need to install bulky conventional inverters. Each microinverter can be quickly mounted on the PV mounting frame or directly under the PV module. The PV module is connected to the microinverter directly on site, so there is no risk of people being exposed to dangerously high DC voltage.
