Creation of Hoymiles User / Installer Account
The creation of an account in the Hoymiles S-Miles Cloud can only be done via the merchant. In order to create an account for you, we need the following information from you. It is irrelevant whether you need a user or installer account. When you create an account, you will automatically receive both a user and an installer account.
The transmission of the data and the creation of the account can only be carried out as soon as you have the Micro-Inverter and the corresponding DTU and you can read the serial numbers on the units.
The creation is done manually by us and can take 1-3 business days. You will receive the access data by e-mail after the account has been created.
