The ark high-voltage storage system from Growatt is flexible due to its modular concept and can be expanded as needed. A battery tower can be set up with a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10 ark high-voltage batteries. For commissioning with a compatible inverter, a bms control unit and a connection cable set are included. For ground installation, the battery base is also available as an option.
The Growatt high voltage battery system includes:

ark 2.5h-a1 high voltage battery
Growatt ark 2.5h-a1 high voltage battery (mpn ark-2.5h-a1) is a LiFePO4 storage battery with high cycle stability and long lifetime. The modular, stackable design allows flexible application for different scenarios and is easy to install. The battery offers excellent performance under heavy load and is also suitable for outdoor installation with its ip65 protection. To avoid overvoltages in the system, the soft start is used.

Softstart to protect the system
The soft start mechanism is a protective function used on the Growatt battery to protect the system from overvoltages. When the battery is started or turned on, the power supply is gradually increased to protect the system from damage that could be caused by a sudden voltage spike. This ensures smooth and safe operation of the battery system.
High cycle life
Growatt ark battery modules are an ideal storage solution for photovoltaic systems due to their extremely high cycle life and the use of LiFePo4 cells. bms control unit
The Growatt bdc 95045-a1 bms acts as a central monitoring and control unit within the ark high-voltage battery system and supports communication with Growatt min and mod xh inverters. It allows the connection of up to 10 battery modules with an individual capacity of 2.56 kWh. These modules can be connected in series to form a battery tower that has a total capacity of up to 25.64 kWh. Storage towers can also be connected together, requiring one bms per tower.
