The new Growatt apx 98020-p1 battery management system (MPN 98020-p1) is a control unit of the latest generation that protects each apx battery module from adverse conditions and ensures safe and trouble-free continuous operation. It does not matter how many modules are in operation at the same time. The important thing is that one bms is always used per tower. A tower consists of a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 6 Growatt apx 5.0P-B1 5kWh high-voltage battery modules, which can result in a storage capacity of 5-30 kWh.

The apx battery system
Thanks to its modular concept, the apx system can be used flexibly and expanded as required. A battery tower can be installed with a minimum of one to a maximum of 6 storage modules. One power module per tower is required for operation. This must be purchased separately. An additional base is required for ground mounting.
