With this Growatt balcony power plant (MPN 020105), we present you with the ideal solution to generate a portion of your household electricity and significantly reduce your overall electricity costs. The system includes two powerful bifacial 450W solar modules, the compact NEO 800M-X microinverter, as well as all accessories for a straightforward connection of all components. With the integrated WiFi function in the microinverter, you can easily monitor your system.
Additionally, you can choose between 1 to 4 Noah2000 battery modules from Growatt to store the generated electricity. This allows you to achieve a total capacity of up to 8192Wh. The system stores excess energy during the day in the battery and makes it available whenever you need it, thereby increasing the efficiency of solar energy utilization.

How does a balcony power plant work?
The inverter is ideally attached directly to the mounting structure of the solar module and connected using the solar connector. The system is then connected using the 5m AC connection cable, which leads directly to the appropriate power outlet. To utilize the generated solar electricity in the household's power network, no special settings are required. If local sources are already providing electricity, the household devices first use this and supplement with grid electricity as needed. The attached batteries store excess energy generated, allowing you to use your solar power even at night or on cloudy days. This set offers you an excellent opportunity to generate a portion of your required household electricity yourself and significantly reduce your overall electricity costs.

The bifacial 450W Full Black solar module from the Luxneri N5 series by Luxen Solar (MPN LNDX-450ND) sets new standards in solar technology. Balcony Power Plants in Germany
Currently, there is no law or regulation in Germany governing the generation of solar power solely for personal use. The limit of a maximum of 600W AC PV power is a reserve value that, according to current VDE norms, can be fed into an existing socket circuit of a house without overloading it. No specific descriptions exist for independent circuits without additional load. All electrical installations should be conducted in accordance with VDE standards. However, operating a balcony power plant through a common Schuko outlet is not fundamentally prohibited. Registration with the Federal Network Agency is mandatory. However, no cases of fines for failure to register balcony power plants are known, nor are there insurmountable issues with network operators. Compliance with and implementation of standards and obligations falls upon the system operator. Many technical and legal resources can already be found on relevant websites.
