The Fothermo Hybrid Boiler offers a clever solution in the event that solar energy is not sufficient. A minimum temperature, e.g. 35°C, can be set with an adjustable auxiliary heating via 230 v. If the temperature falls below this, the boiler automatically reheats with 1,500 w from the mains until the minimum temperature is reached. The maximum water temperature is 65°C, enough for around 180 liters of hot water in an 80-liter boiler.
