The Offgridtec 2.58kW Solaranlage with 300l Fothermo Boiler (mpn 018920) offers a comprehensive solution for your hot water supply. Included are 6 bifacial solar modules from Luxen Solar with an output of 430wp each, as well as all the necessary cables to ensure a smooth installation. The photovoltaic water heater has an integrated heat exchanger for an environmentally friendly supply of hot water and can be seamlessly connected to existing heating systems.
You can use hot water in the sink, shower or kitchen without having to connect to the mains. Thanks to the plug & play principle, you can install the Solarasystem yourself in just a few simple steps.

Fothermo Photovoltaic water boiler 300 liters - Water heater
The Fothermo 300L water heater uses solar energy to provide cost-effective and environmentally friendly hot water. With three independently operating photovoltaic heating elements, it supplies hot water quickly and reliably. The 3 MPP trackers and DC heating elements ensure a photovoltaic heating output of up to 1,800W.
Flexible inlets and outlets allow individual installation, including the option of connecting a circulation pipe. The boiler is supplied with pressure relief and non-return valves and can utilize up to 6000Wp of photovoltaic power. An existing heating system can be connected directly to the heat exchangers integrated in the boiler to ensure sufficient hot water is available even on days with little sunshine.

Afterheating
The boiler can be reheated in various ways if there is insufficient solar radiation. One option is to use an existing pallet, gas or oil heating system, which is connected via the integrated heat exchanger in the boiler. A temperature sensor in the boiler controls the additional heating. Alternatively, an electric heating element with a 6/4 inch thread can be installed. The maximum water temperature is 65°C, and a heated 300-liter boiler can draw about 675 liters of water at 34°C.
